Job Description

  • This position involves customer interaction, technical support, product training, and addressing market concerns.
  • Work with R&D to provide insights and feedback.
  • Contribute to product development with customer-driven suggestions.
  • Track sales performance, training, and complaint resolutions.
  • Resolve technical issues and customer complaints, ensuring satisfaction and compliance with standards.

  • This role requires expertise in paint manufacturing, strong communication, and sales skills to support client needs.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions, complaints etc.

Requirement & Benefits
