Job Description

Candidate will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of products and services, developing and implementing quality control processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement. The Quality Executive will report directly to the Quality Manager and provide regular updates and recommendations to enhance the overall quality management system.

Maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Perform regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues, and develop corrective and preventive actions.
Work with various departments to establish quality goals and objectives.
Participate in the development and implementation of new products and processes, ensuring quality considerations are incorporated from the beginning.
Track and analyze quality metrics and key performance indicators to identify trends and areas of concern.
Prepare and present reports on quality performance to management, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
Conduct evaluations and audits of suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.
Train and educate employees on quality control processes and procedures.
Promote a culture of quality throughout the organization
Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in quality management.
Recommend improvements to existing processes and systems based on industry best practices.

Requirement & Benefits

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Business or a related field is preferred
Desired Experience: 1-5 years of experience in paint & coatings manufacturing Industry.
Salary: CTC 3.00 LPA + additional company benefits
