Job Description

Candidate will be responsible for preparing wooden panels, applying paint and finishes, and ensuring high-quality results. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent color-matching skills, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Surface Preparation:
- Painting and Finishing on Wooden panels for sample dockets, testing, trials etc..
Color Matching:
- Mix and match paints to achieve the desired colors and shades.
- Test mixed paint on small areas of wooden panels to ensure color accuracy.
Tool and Equipment Maintenance:
- Clean and maintain brushes, rollers, and spray guns after use.
- Store tools and equipment properly to prevent damage and ensure longevity.
Safety and Compliance:
- Use personal protective equipment such as gloves, masks, and goggles.
- Ensure proper ventilation in the work area to minimize exposure to fumes and maintain a safe working environment.
Project Management:
- Manage time efficiently to complete projects within deadlines.
- Coordinate with team members and clients to ensure smooth workflow and address any issues that arise.
Quality Control:
- Inspect surfaces for imperfections and make necessary touch-ups.
- Ensure the final finish meets the required standards and client expectations.
Customer Service:
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or feedback.
Proven experience as a painter, particularly with wood coatings.
Strong knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
Excellent color-matching skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of safety practices and regulations.

Requirement & Benefits

Educational Qualifications: Intermediate/ Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree or a related field is preferred
Desired Experience: 1-5 years of experience in paint & coatings manufacturing Industry.
Salary: CTC 3.00 LPA + additional company benefits
