Job Description

  • Develop and implement long term strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor teams across departments to ensure productive operations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure all operations comply with legal regulations and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Oversee multiple operational projects simultaneously to ensure they aare completed on time, within budget, and to the desired
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure the organization can function effectively.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data to make informed decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, external partners and customers to achieve operational goals.
  • ERP handling.

Requirement & Benefits

  • Qualification : B.Tech/B.E in Engineering or a related field is preferred
  • Salary Package : CTC 10.00 LPA + additional company benefits 
  • Experience : 
    • 12-15 years out of which minimum 5 years as HOD or Factory manager
    • Industry experience: Flexible Packaging/Folding Cartons/Corrugated cartons
    • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is desirable.
