Reception Duties: Greet and assist visitors, handle phone calls, and manage the front desk.
Store In-charge: Attend to customers visiting our showroom in the office.
Customer Support and Queries: Provide chat support to customers.
Manually confirm COD orders received on the website.
Presence of mind to handle customer queries effectively.
Interest in fashion and trends to develop an understanding of the product.
Adept with computer skills.
Good communication skills, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly.
Good command of the English language.
The candidate should be from the same Industry.

Educational Qualifications: Graduate or a related field is preferred
