Job Description

  • Handle Customer Queries on various channels; social media, email, WhatsApp, Calls, etc.
  • Develop an understanding of the product, Brand USP, and sale policies to handle queries effectively.
  • Order Support: Handle customer queries with regards to their order placed.
  • Sale Support: Assist before the order is placed. Send catalog, and assist in order creation and payment links.
  • Return Support Management, Handle customer queries concerning returns and refunds. Process refunds onpayment gateway.
  • Take regular customer feedback
  • Prepare customer assessment reports.
  • Excellent communication skills and command of English.
  • Experience in fashion merchandising is preferred, to understand the product better.
  • Ability to calmly handle situations when customers are stressed or upset.
  • PR skills & Quick decision maker.
  • The candidate should be from the same Industry.
  • Should have good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • should have good convincing skills.

Requirement & Benefits

  • Educational Qualifications: Graduate or a related field is preferred 
  • Desired Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in retail store, preferably in luxury or ethnic fashion
  • Salary: CTC 3.60 LPA + additional company benefits
